How to travel for free (or close to it!)

When I started my travel planning company, I did so because I have a passion for travel (obviously) and to also figure out how to travel for free or at a discount. I already knew how to do that through the various rewards programs out there with airlines, hotels, and credit cards, but what about being at the destination?!

I learned that there is a way - and it is by starting a group!

To break it down, there are specific tour operators that offer the group leader complimentary travel if they book a minimum number of guests within their group. Amazing right?!

So for example, if you want to do a cruise with Virgin Voyages and you book at least 10 cabins, then your voyage fare is free!

Also with AMA Waterways, if you are a Frontline Medical Hero, you can get a complimentary river cruise with one paying guest in the stateroom on any Europe sailing! (if you are interested in this let me know!)
